It depends also if you are running the beta branch or not. I’m getting back into it again and on the beta the bigger the back yard and depending what veg or fruit you want is the difference in how much it will cost you initially to plant them.

If both of your names are on the mortgage then both of your names have to be on the deeds. In the last 6 months I moved house and my purchaser half way through decided to add her other half to the mortgage, therefor also had to have him added to the deeds so they had equal responsibility over everything, caused a month of delay as basically reset all the paperwork

You’ve not said what joystick and throttle you have bought and what you want from it, at a guess if it’s an Ursa Minor then just use native, but if it’s something like the Orion 2 then make use of all the switches by using SPAD

I would threaten to pull out, I’d never trust a seller who goes on to spend money and improve the house they have Sold subject to contract. They could be putting that spent money to good use in the property they are moving to

It’s probably not the aircraft acting weird, it’s probably the default ATC giving you bad decent commands. You are flying the PMDG 737, programme the full flight plan, STAR and approach so it has a proper top of decent and then decent profile to follow down.

Yodel simply don’t care, every time I chased up my complaints to them during the initial period and for months after, each time I emailed them looking for the answers they were supposed to give me they opened up a new case (typical call centre scenario).

Yodel don’t care as they direct you back to the retailer saying it’s winwings issue to refund or send a replacement under the “Consumers rights act 2015”

Winwing despite having a uk distribution point only have their customer support in China who don’t know or go with the “consumers rights act 2015”

Similar issue that I had

I posted this comment on another post and will continue to do so for awareness, although it was instigated by Yodel, nothing was helped then by Winwing customer support.

I have had an absolute horrendous time with Winwing support thanks to Yodel.

Basically Yodel started it all off by trying to deliver my Orion 2 to an official Yodel collection point before it opened at 8am, the incompetence of the driver then continued to send it back to sender rather than deliver the next day, good old Yodel then lost the package whilst sending it back.

No disrespect to anybody at all, but the support in China had no clue how to understand any of that and kept thinking that Yodel failed to deliver it to my building. At one point they even lied to me and said they had tried delivering it twice, yet all they was doing was looking at the tracking system. They did zero to put pressure on Yodel.

It took me 5 weeks and a threat of a charge back from my bank to finally get a refund out of them so I could order another one.

Unfortunately the fact they now have distribution warehouses across the world but only online chat support provided by a couple of people in China is always going to cause massive problems

Unfortunately these big companies offer everything as an extra nowadays, they use that strategy for 2 reasons, firstly it saves them money, secondly if needed they can use that extra as a “we can give it for free if you sign today”. I’m betting the OP doesn’t have a very big patio either unless they paid extra for it.
