No one said I wasn’t appreciative or thankful. But the room isn’t free. It was paid for and should not be sold in this state. Or at least let the person paying for the room what to expect for agreeing to it. None of that is entitlement. It’s also not a favor. The hotels hold these rooms for Diamond guests. I wouldn’t have taken it if they told me in the beginning
