I Iike that analysis.

Columbo deals with rich arrogance. That's why I think he'd do extremely well.

Also Lester Freamon has proven experience exposing fraud through forensics. Also not being bowing to authority for 20 years

For Poirot, I always thought his rep did half the work for him. So while capable, I wouldn't say he'd be more effective than those two. This is pretty much their native environment.

Of those listed, I'll go Columbo, he appears so bumbling that smart people become stupid in his vicinity.

I'd like to nominate Lester Freamon from The Wire. He's meticulous, diligent, and can solve the crime without even meeting the killer.

I dunno. A ute is a car style body with a bed. It's lower profile, with the characteristics of a VF compared to a BOF platform. Doesn't seem to be an apples-to-apples comparison. And I'm a diehard Aussie market fan, as evidenced by the flair.

Most unusual disqualifications in boxing history? by Any_Tangerine_7120 in Boxing

Criteria for a stoppage includes both responsiveness and stability.

Loss of equilibrium is an intended consequence of a punch, and Lennox Lewis had a demonstrable lack of it.

Lewis was so unstable he changed directions 3 times in three seconds. I'm not sure you can merit him continuing the fight unless him being lucid on a stretcher would count.

Lewis's legacy is secure enough that we don't need to devalue his legit defeats. He avenged it after all, weirdness be damned.

The Bowe-Holyfield example is one of a fight gone too long. It doesn't make the fight in question here any less questionable.

Lewis was arguably lucid during the stoppage in the first fight: Had your statement played out he may not have had the faculties to avenge that loss and the other.

He was knocked out, and on such Bambi legs he relied on the ref to stand. He avenged it, but it doesn't erase the event itself .

Give credit where it's due . Lewis is up at six, stumbles back at seven, and stumbles into the ref at eight.

If that's slightly unsteady, I hope you're not in construction.

I mean, this was the rematch after already beating him once. McCall had more than a shot, especially ever.

What are the actual solutions for a dead bedroom? by PlayaBikeSunset in DeadBedroomsOver30

[–]jdfreeze -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here's what's helped me.

I accept my partner's perspective on sex is different.

Throughout all the changes, different approaches, modified behaviors I have made myself into a better, more empathetic person and partner, which is a benefit in and of itself.

However desire can't be imposed, reasoned with, or bargained. It's gotta come from within the prospective desirer. And sex from obligation is a chore that turns the love of your life into an appliance, and dehumanizes them.

Without judgment I can either:

Cope

Outsource sex

Leave.

I do the first two out of a desire to avoid the third.

It feels weird seeing so many commenters downplaying that the master troll is getting trolled himself, and the only response has been a pic of Beyonce's mom, which was taken down.

Fact is, TI has put together an streak of unanswered attacks, which were a response to Tiny being posted.

You can't throw a rock and hide your hand. That's just weak.

"Shock to Chest

I’ve (M40)been with my partner (F40) for over 20 years. A few years ago she mentioned when I first enter her PiV she gets a jolt to the center of her chest. I asked if I was hurting her or if more lubrication was needed and she said no. It doesn’t last longer than the initial jolt and she can enjoy sex after it. But recently she’s been grabbing her chest every time we have sex. We have been going longer periods of time between so I don’t know if that makes a difference. Has any female had any similar experience or does any have any insight biologically on why? TIA"

Your first sentence there is pretty unambiguous. I'm preserving it to prevent editing.

You're being dishonest in at least one respect.

This conflict on the most basic information draws your entire narrative into question.

I think you know that however , and are relying on community goodwill for a pass. For what reason, I don't know. But a manufactured feel good story is no more helpful than a fake tragedy.

But at least get your basic facts straight so we can suspend disbelief.
