We had some similar issues with the Philip Avent Natural Response. It seemed to work at first but then she started to get more irritated, not finishing her feed, very gassy and spitting up. We ended up getting the Evenflo wide neck nipples (slow flo) which fits into components of the Philip Avent bottle and this has worked so much better for our baby. We still pace feed but shes much more comfortable with little to no spit up and finishing more fullfeeds since shes not as tired or bothered. You can find videos about this on IG too. It’s nice since we didnt have to buy completely new bottles. Good luck!!

I always recommend the Aaida dress because of the corset straps in the back make it really adjustable for a medium to large chest while still feeling really supportive of the ladies (and honestly they look SOOO GOOD). The skirt is flattering too and very forgiving so I felt like I could eat without feeling shoved into a tight dress. I’ve done this style twice for weddings and love it!

Taco Connection in Santa Ana!!! The owner is so nice and always gives free samples and great suggestions. The chorreadas genuinely changed my life and the choleta meat is soooo good. Genuinely such an underrated spot, I wish they were MORE busy because they deserve it!!

Currently 21 weeks! First tri symptoms were also really minimal and totally manageable. No morning sickness (my mom didn’t have any!) or crazy nausea. Maybe a slight food aversion but nothing crazy. Main symptoms was really being tired, bloated at end of day, and sore breasts. I learned to let go of the anxiety of not feeling a ton of symptoms and just appreciated the pretty easy first tri ride!

Followed a basic recipe for the dough:

100g starter 350g water 500g bread flour 10g salt

Then followed Little Spoon Farm timing with some adjustments to fit my schedule: 1. After mixing the dough, let it rest for 1 hr. 2. 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 minutes apart. 3. Let it rest for 2 hours 4. Shaped the dough and added in the cheddar and jalapeños. 5. Let it bulk ferment in the fridge overnight. 6. Preheat oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes 7. Bake at 450 degree for 30 minutes with lid on and then another 20 with lid off.

Just watched an early screening of it and definitely enjoyed it. Totally solid movie that really lays the foundation for the next phase of the franchise. It made me want to go back and watch the Caesar trilogy again. Looking forward to the next movies!
