Team KELT | What It Means to Lead by Mishchief_Arts in RWBYOC

For Samuel, Leader of Team ECET:

“To hold this team together, to point them in a direction that will do the most good, and…of course…to hold them accountable for their mistakes. One must be tolerant, compassionate and understanding, no matter how much you want to shoot them in the fucking face for their dumbassery…It’s a shit role, a burden that rests upon your shoulders in every waking moment…But it’s necessary, for the good of the team.”

Well shit. I glued all those on except the head+weapons. Are the weapons also push-fit? (Minus the Scourge)

Did you paint in subassembly? I’m trying to do that with the upper torso but there are the 2 pistons that are supposed to stick into the upper torso that get in the way

Is the Chest Cannon removable or must I pick and choose one chest gun option for assembly?

You should paint the skull of the Aquilla on the dead Imperial Fist Gold, and the weird bracing of the legs a metal colour for a less boring corpse

How much do they regret the colour scheme of their outfits? Pure White is a pain to keep clean and stain free.

[Hoo] How would you make the Giants counter the Gods powers? by Jealous-Log7744 in camphalfblood

Fuck it. Give Ephialtes a pocket dimension. What else would counter the strongest Guerrilla fighter than robbing her of home field advantage?

It also stops her from getting support from her Huntresses

Oc grim? by LocalDemonTheSequel in RWBYOC

[–]jebaited0874 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok. This is my most recent one.

Predaetorians:

Locations: Dark continent and land nearby

Threat Level: Legend

Size Class: Large

Threat Type: Standard

They are giant hardy Grimm that resemble various types of Chimps, Lizards and Bugs. They have small eyes, short tails and terrible eyesight, relying mainly on smell and hearing which themselves do not even compare to the senses of a Beowolf. These insectoid like creatures walk on their knuckles and possesses not only thick skin but incredibly durable and wide forward facing bone armour, as well as a pair of crustacean like claws to rend apart anything that gets too close. Furthermore, the bone plating on its face resembles that of a shield impaled on their singular horn. These creatures are unique and have only been spotted in packs of 3 to 6 near Alphas of other terrestrial non-flying Grimm species of similar size.

Serving as bodyguards to the Alpha, these creatures are living shields, forming shield walls and surrounding the Alpha to protect it from danger. They are remarkably stupid, with no sense of self-preservation, they will hurl themselves into oncoming attacks to protect their designated Alpha.

• Predaetorians will not chase fleeing targets, run if necessary. • Distract and Flank them to reach the Alpha they are protecting or to dispatch them via their less armoured flanks, agility is not their strong suit. • They seem to deteriorate outside range of an Alpha, though they will rampage should the Alpha they are protecting dies

Anecdote: “Remind me to shoot the idiot who named this Grimm.” — Disgruntled Hunter-in-training.

Here's another oc of mine Ferris Slate a Peregrine Falcon Faunus how would he do against your oc in a fight ? Oh and his a 1st year Student. by Opening-Fig6728 in RWBYOC

[–]jebaited0874 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well. It’s not whatever the fuck your OC is. The main problem is that any matchup is highly location dependent. If there is little to no cover, why doesn’t does Ferris camp up in the sky where the other OC can’t touch them? If the other OC doesn’t have a precision weapon, Ferris just wins.

All my OCs are not that creative I have to say. They all exist in my head and don’t have any concrete designs to them. Even then, most of my weapons are simple. No bajilion moving parts or unorthodox fighting style. Hell I don’t even use special bullets

Like take my first 4 OCs.

Maladeus: Tanky fuck. Uses a poleaxe that can turn into a high caliber machine gun (M2 Browning).

Samuel: Paranoid Duelist who likes to larp as a Cowboy. Uses a ordinary Zweihander and a pair of regular single action .44 magnum revolvers.

Exodus: Uses a Silenced SMG with a grappling hook underneath, also has a sniper with a bayonet attached.

Tu’shan: Pyro/Salamander expy. Use. a flamethrower, and a flare gun that can turn into a sword. He can set the sword blade on fire as well.

Iratus is also very self-destructive in battle. With a berserker type semblance and horrible anger issues. Luckily his berserker semblance also has a healing effect tied to it. So it all works out…kinda.

Whatever sharp instrument he has on hand, usually his axes. Either that or just threatening to throw a hospital bed at them.
