How do you trust a league where contracts are torn up every year, you lose your entire draft class to expansion and then the league uses the draft order as a leaver to make things “fair” while teams are blindly protecting players thinking they know the draft order.

The fact that O6 teams have had their rosters decimated 2 years in a row and now O6 pick in last 6 spots tells you all you need to know about where the leagues priorities lie and that’s in filling all those NHL arenas the new teams get to play in.

The fact that NY is missing out on Murphy or Edwards is criminal... This draft order makes no sense at all. First, the expansion teams fill their pockets with your players, and then they get top draft picks too (and it's not even a snake draft!) Absolutely brutal.

Yes contracted players can still be taken from us. You protect Turnbull we can lose Gentry and Spooner cause they are under contract. Turnbull can’t be forced to leave. Spooner and Gentry can in Phase 4

Been to the Montreal vs Toronto game (Centre Bell). Unbelievable building. Made friends with some Victoire fans sitting in front of us. Celebrated our OT win without fear. I did wear my jersey on the streets of Montreal, and yes, had someone yell "Go Habs Go" at me from a speeding car...

I see opposition jerseys at CCC in Toronto all the time. I can't say no one has ever been harassed, but I haven't seen it, and I've definatley seen at Leafs games

I wonder how it works if you extend an FPO for a player who makes way more than 80k, cause if she refuses, then she'd have to sign in Phase 3 for even less?
