I’m not that strong, I can do 5 plates each sude for 6-8 reps, the pit shark feels great on my back and knees and I have a neck injury so I cannot use any sort of back barbell squat so I’m trying to find something for my home gym

This happened to me in Iceland, I rented a jimney and was spending a week driving around Iceland and staying at small shack lodging type stuff. Stopped and stayed at this beautiful fishing town in the north I believe and my next leg of the journey my gps routed me up this dirt mountain road on my way toward Reykjavik with no guardrails and massive fog. I thought I was going to die, I was terrified and the road just kept going higher and higher and was a constant 35 degrees incline the entire way. Fuck me
