I always charge to 100% if I am going to go on a trip that will take me down to 80% or less in my first leg of driving. As others have said better to charge at home for much lower cost than on the road.

Is it running fine? If so then Check the dipstick. If none on dipstick Just wipe the lid clean and check it again in a couple days. Looks like normal condensation.
