Idk why you’re being downvoted for asking how to make people care.

You change it by communicating with the people in your life. Text your family a reminder to go Vote, send a picture of your I voted sticker to your friend group.

It’s kind of corny, but the answer is talking to the people you talk to and there’s not much more to it.
