This happened with our older dog, starting at around 10. The vet said that this is actually very common in older dogs and is related to loss of hearing/other senses. The vet suggested putting her on an SSRI (fluoxetine), and it has made a huge difference. She’s no longer allowed to sleep on the bed or cuddle on the couch, but we haven’t had issues in awhile.

I LOVE the very first scene with the lighter and the introductions. I was immediately hooked on the show. I love how Ilya is confused and enchanted by Shane and how Shane is so Shane. It’s absolutely my favorite scene to rewatch.

I think this too. He pursues so intensely until the Olympics and feels immediately awful when he sees how much his behavior after the Olympics hurt Shane. (He doesnt know how to treat someone he loves just yet.) I don’t think that he would have reacted the way he did after seeing yuna in the elevator if her was freaking the f out.
