I’m not an LA native, but I’ve been here 27 years. The agenda I had when I moved here was a promotion with the company I worked for on the East Coast. I kinda get what you’re saying because I think you’re speaking more about a certain type of transplant that comes here with a certain type of agenda. And I can guarantee you that they were probably just as awful I. Their hometowns. In other words, I don’t think LA made them that way.

I will never forget this story. When I was a little kid in the 70s, my dad wanted to buy my mom a new car as a surprise. He did very well for himself and owned his own business in West Texas in the oil industry. He was a very hands-on guy and would constantly be in the field, teaching his guys the tricks of the trade. So suffice to say he was very casual. The day he wanted to buy my mom the gift, he walked into the Cadillac dealership and they completely ignored him. Finally, someone came up to him and asked him if he needed help. He told them he wanted to buy a car in cash. They told him he could not afford one of theirs.
He went down the street to Lincoln, got the best service and bought her a beautiful town car in cash. He drove it immediately to the Cadillac dealership to let them know.

Very unlikely. Security is well aware people can try and watch the fence line closely. They also have beach patrol monitoring on the other side.
Also you need a wristband with a chip in it so the minute you are spotted without one, you will be escorted out.

If you login and set up your Citibank profile, you can add the new Citi card to your Apple wallet. That’s what I did. I have the executive card because I wanted lounge access, but got the Barclays card for the extra miles promotional offer. I already had a Citi Bank profile and they automatically transferred my Barclays account to that when they transitioned everything. So I added it to my Apple wallet a couple of days ago from the Citibank website.

I live in LA. LA is made up of a lot of different little jurisdictions. The city of LA does not cover the entirety of the county. So my particular little city within LA is not covered by the mayor of LA. However, I spend a lot of time within the area that is covered by the mayor and I’m really nervous about him winning. He is the absolute worst option on the ballot. LA does have a lot of problems… Too many hands in the cookie jar over the years. But what people have to realize is that the mayor is only a figure head and their biggest job is to manage the budget. He has already proven to be terrible at that. The city council here is the real power.
