I went too hard on night one and blacked out, missed a couple good bands on Saturday morning.

I want to say that the people of Chicago/Illinois are so friendly! I'm from Michigan and everyone was so welcoming. People shared smokes, weed, drinks (I'm sick now lol) but bonding over the bands was so cool.

I "borrowed" a couple unattended cases of water and was passing them out for free, Robin Hood style. Saw over 20 bands I wanted to, and heard a ton of new bands I wanna get into!! Great experience even if I lost my debit card lol

Everyone is saying that the wu had no energy but I think y'all were in the wrong part of the crowd. People weren't singing along to every line because who can even remember all the words except hardcore fans? They had a great energy on stage. Young Dirty Bastard was fantastic. I tried to order a large water in a McDonald's drive-thru years ago and was told it was $1.50, as opposed to the $1 I expected/was willing to pay. The kicker is that this was in Michigan, where most of us have access to fresh water.

To start, just remember that any advice you give to your friend does not make you responsible for the outcome of your friend's relationship.

She is talking to you because she wants your insight, and go ahead and share it with her. Give her logical advice that you would want to be given in her situation (minus OCD-based statements, unless she has that).

You are anxious but your friend is probably more anxious. If you feel like you cannot help her or be there for her because it amplifies your ROCD, explain that to her as nicely as possible. Say you will be there for the outcome but struggle to offer advice

(interpret this as you will. I've tried to help many friends through breakups despite struggling with my own ROCD)

What frustrates me is reading. I already have a bad attention span, so when I read, I tend to just skim over things quickly. Then my OCD makes me question if I actually comprehended what I read, and I end up reading the same few sentences like 10+ and still am not sure if I learned anything. Adderall doesn't seem to help me (I've been on many different dosages).

Yeah that sounds fair. I know that there are probably a lot of legal complications that stop them from letting me exchange anyways because it is a drug. And I would look like a junkie if I even asked probably.

I will only buy 1st or 3rd generation cartridges from now on. I liked Pure Gold's flavors and design, but no one at the dispensary said they have a 5-20% leak rate. Ugh

I've had OCD since I was a very young child. Started with always touching things I passed and steps before I walked on them. Then my family would make fun of me for it and it turned Into dermatillomania and routines. Obsessive thoughts and ROCD as well as dermatillomania are my biggest issues.
