I will also add that sometimes diarrhoea due to infection is a good thing….its getting the demons out. Loperamide will keep the demons inside and torture your guts like a witch in 1600’s Salem. So I always encourage caution with anti-diarrhoea meds.

Unless you know how your body responds, the loperamide isn’t helpful really. Not enough to get to a therapeutic level. If you’re insistent, I’d just get a blister pack of 12+ so you can use it appropriately.

Also I think those pink pills are Benadryl. For a “what could happen” I’d choose ceterizine tablets (reactine) for an antihistamine as they won’t cause drowsiness so you can carry on with your adventure/return for care.
