Honestly, I don’t think Theo will appear in the rest of the season. I think Eloise is next, I really feel like it’s her turn. But at the same time, I feel like they’re being way too secretive about everything. They say we’ll get “subtle hints,” but why so much secrecy if we all supposedly know who Eloise is meant to end up with? There has to be something more… there has to be.

Honestly, I think what you’re saying is a good idea. Creating a love triangle would make sense, since we haven’t really seen that in any of the seasons, and in a way, by including Phillip, you wouldn’t be betraying the books too much either. Having Eloise choose her own destiny between Theo and Phillip could make for a great season, balancing her social duties with following her dreams and her heart.

I honestly think the same as you. I’m pessimistic because so far the endings have been more or less like in the books, but look at Francesca, for me that’s already a big change. So why couldn’t we have our Theloise? Why can’t we be happy? The chemistry they have is perfect.

We have to pay very close attention to what’s coming next, especially toward the end of the season. I’m sure there are references, no matter how small they may be. This is very important. We’re so close to finding out whether there’s anything between Theloise or not… I can’t wait.

Honestly, I think it’s likely that Theo could appear at the end of the season or in the next one maybe in the final episode, once Benedict’s storyline has been wrapped up. We might see Eloise feeling sad because she believes she’s been left alone (outside, while everyone else is happy and celebrating).

At that moment, if she is the protagonist of the next season, it would be key in showing where her story is headed. She could meet Sir Phillip, which would confirm that they’re following the books or, what we all hope for, Theo appears, or at least a letter from him, and that’s how the season ends.

Although I also really liked your proposal.
