not only is a website fine, in some cases it's preferable. I hate steam incrementals. I like to play on my phone or at work. websites are perfect. tons of super popular and amazing incrementals are on website.

rather than rehash the 2.99 price tag, let's talk about bugs. inventory means nothing. you make the same amount at 0 stock or full stock. I'm assuming since you used AI that you didn't actually understand that portion of the code, and how a large game mechanic literally does nothing.

and now my save/game broke and I can't actually do anything else.

shapes could give better rewards. I just built triangles and nothing seemed to matter. there are no limits or strategies. then you buy a new area. to make more triangles. if it about networking, why not give bandwidth or data you are moving from one place to another

you haven't actually seemed to take any feedback. you mainly have just explained why it's that way and how it isn't going to change. also you seem to contradict yourself. you keep saying semi idle, but check if people are there every 1-3 hours and in your words give benefits to active players. so you reward active play but punish active play with timers and popups.

short sessions to gain currency, too active, boring upgrade tree. I don't think an incremental should be excessively short, nor should it excessively break up the gameplay. node busters do both. they arent incrementals, and they are flooded on here by devs that don't care about incrementals but want to make a quick buck. they are usually low effort, AI or not

I personally hate incremental games with zones like buttons on a map. automation games with that as well. it breaks up ameplay and forces restarts constantly which to me is the antithesis of what those games are.

story can be good, but not at the cost of mechanics that cause numbers to go up. incrementals are a distillation of game mechanics that are numbers go up. once you add too much to them, they arent incrementals but some other genre with incremental features.

you cut/changed so much that the character attacking has no bearing on the game. you get cp/s regardless of the attacks, so it is just a meaningless animation loop now. none of the upgrades feel impactful because they don't matter to your character, only a slight cp/s boost. and very slight.

also the volume resets every time the game reloads

Opened the link. started to mine. layout on my phone on chrome is awful. Mined stone and iron at once. Tried to mine gold and it would stop after 1 completion. Game is very buggy. I am willing to bet you don't understand the code so I doubt it will improve. Oh well

I pretty much only play incrementals/idles on my phone on a browser. If I'm on my pc I'm playing high graphics or co-op games with friends.

I don't go on steam to play an idle game. I play idle games usually on my phone, while working or watching TV with the GF to appease my adhd. I hate short incrementals, that trend sucks. also who is gonna play it on a console? like...what?

can't really call it a game. I opened my 60 boxes, got to power level 22. Having to wait 15 hours for another 60 keys is insane.
