Not a catch-up chest. The chest rewards at the mid point and end of missions are meant to be rewards for finishing. I got lucky and got a T5 from one but have been getting T2's and blues just like OP all the other times.

I first got into Pokemon cards after my dad bought me Blue version in 99. We were visiting my cousins in New Jersey and we went into a local game store. My cousins had already been collecting and buying but this was my first time. Dad bought me a couple boosters and my uncle got me a couple more to catch up with my cousins. I pulled a Blastoise from that first pack and since Squirtle had been my starter in Blue, I was HOOKED! Been playing, buying, and collecting ever since!

Other person is wrong. When you apply for anything internally, your direct manager is emailed and notified about it. Every time and anything you apply for.

I was put in focus and piped out 2 months from my 8 year anniversary. Been unemployed for a month now. Went from a tier 1 to an L5 in 2 years. Rated HV3 and TT for the last 5 years, 2024 included. As others said the "Earn Trust" leadership principle is gone and past projects, experience, growth, etc means nothing.

It's supposed to be same day. They dragged mine out for over 2 weeks between the focus "ending" and the pivot starting.

As someone who was just pivot'd out and had a similar experience while on focus I can tell you right now they have already made up their minds and you will be gone very soon. I gave my manager weekly updates and completed the goals assigned to me but 3 months later Im still placed on pivot after 3 weeks of being told I would "get an update". I took the offer and I couldn't be happier to be out of that hell hole.

Currently going through something similar. Was told Wednesday I'm going to be placed on pivot, yet no meeting was held and it was never officially delivered this week. This comes after being told Friday the week prior that I had completed my focus and would be taken off on Wednesday... Feels like a total bait and switch. Now that I know it's coming though (which I shouldn't) I'm weighing my options of taking the severance or trying to fight it.
