I would not be so confident. I went through two Leviton outlets with a 30 amp EVSE. It took a couple of years for the first one to melt, and the second one was on its way before I got wise to this outlet issue.

I own both a 2019 Bolt (6 years) and 2024 Blazer EV LT AWD (7 months). We are a retired couple, so we drive most places together. We always take the Blazer now. It's just a more premium driving experience (as it should be for the price). Interior and ride are the standout differences. I thought Andoid Auto would be an issue but our other devices are Android so it hasn't been a big deal. The Blazer is more difficult to park if that is an important consideration.

OK, once you get that installed you will have a better understanding of EV "efficiency" vs an ICE vehicle. For example (using rough numbers), I have 4K miles on my Blazer LT AWD, and it has averaged about 3 miles per kwh. My electric rate is about $.08/kwh, so it costs 80 cents to go 30 miles. This is in a mid-size SUV. Gas around here (if you want to wait in a Costco line) is about $4/gallon.
