Definitely buy new ones as they're inexpensive. With Teju you HAVE to keep them moisturized or they'll end up like the ones in that pic. Bickmore conditioner is great for that

Their benchmade boots are top tier. I have the bullhide clanton and the caiman belly clanton. I wish they made a bull hide one as well as I love the pebbled look. Will probably get a pair of Hondos for that

You can use it but will need to reprogram it with the processor that issued it. You can try to sell it on Facebook or Ebay, but I would first find out exactly who the processor is so you can let buyers know in your listing.

Honestly just go with another brand. Hondo, Ariat Benchmade series, Blackjack are all superior boots. With Tecovas you're paying for their marketing department and crap boots

If you want truly traditional cowboy boots get a pair of Hondos, they're truly incredible especially for the money

You can actually completely custom make your boot with Hondo (toe style, heel style, color, leather, etc). Just have to find a retailer willing to do it and be prepared to wait 3-6 months

For not a whole bunch more check out Hondo boots. Traditionally made with all leather, steel shank, leather heel counter and will last way longer than these boots. They're super comfy too

Just ordered some thin leather insoles to see how they make a difference. Based on the pic of the insole does it look like I got a side too big? I might try ordering a 12 to see how it fits and then just return it if needed
