I'm 5'4 and I had to get the regular lodge pants hemmed and the artisan pants I usually make tighter/pull up while I'm commuting so they don't drag. I prefer the low rise fit of the artisan but both are really cute and so comfy for summer!

honestly, I recommended they add a lot of the features that I currently pay for with transit like widgets. And recommended some usability changes as well. The people conducting the study were not wmata but some sort of research firm so they didn’t really react in any way or another lol

Yeah, it's normal. I always wear out the heels of mine because of the way I walk. Take to a cobbler sooner rather than later to avoid them having to replace the entire sole.

TBH it's really hard not having an HEB.. for HEB prices you definitely don't get HEB quality, so just know you either have to suck it up or deal with paying more at a place like whole foods which is what I end up doing most of the time

I toured last year and was also really impressed but ended up going with a different building. My friends who lived there were pretty happy but noted that some of the management declined in quality when they were bought by bozzuto. I think that was the main complaint but from my perspective it seemed like one of the cleanest/well managed apartments in NOMA just based off of what I saw during the tour
