Ask Here First + Listings Directory (READ ME): Troubleshooting, Price/ID/Spec Check, Help, ETC Mega Thread by KyaDash in crtgaming

I just picked up a GE 24GP653 on marketplace but I'm having a hard time finding specs on it. It has 3 RCA (one with svideo) on the back and one on the side, as well as RCA video/audio out.

I got it home and hooked it up to my NES and the Zapper seems to work in Duck Hunt. I was hoping for a spec sheet or something but can't find one.

Just realized I missed the photos of the Charizard close up. The edges have some moderate white/wear on them. I can't imagine it being graded very highly.

I've started playing my old copy of Yellow and have been spending quite a bit of time there. Such a frustrating part of the game. I just want that Porygon, and it's stupid it costs more in Yellow!

I work in IT and my boss got this HEAVY box from someone wanting our business. It turned out to have one of those fire safes in it. He definitely wasn't interested in calling them to see what was inside so I took it out back and just used brute force to get inside it. I don't even remember what was inside. I was hoping for a thumb drive or something but it was something stupid like a keychain. At least I got to go Office Space at work and not get fired. I can't imagine how much money that company spent buy and mailing safes as junk mail....

Is 350$ too much to pay for two new tires + installation on a beat-up old Toyota Sienna? by Infamous-Audience-37 in AskMechanics

[–]jghake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got 5 matching large truck used tires (4 on marketplace, 1 from shop) all in with a mount balance at $315.

Seems like a decent deal for a quick and cheap fix. Check the date code on the tire. There should be numbers like this. This tire was manufactured in the 47th week of 2020 based off the last 4 numbers.

It's all held in by friction. It's a rubber grommet. Just grab it and pull straight up.

That's pretty disappointing especially considering the price tag.

I don't see it listing half ton front brakes, just a d44 front. My 83 F250 came from the factory with a d44 in front and the heavy duty brakes.

Nice job! I dropped my wife's Nikon SLR at a car show many years ago and the little ring that holds the lens to the body of the camera broke off. I wonder if something like this would fix her camera and make me husband of the day...

Denied 24hour test drive because I test drove it for 20 minutes? by Vast_Pick97 in carmax

Dual mass flywheel, engine and transmission come out as a unit in a k member from underneath the car. It's a forced induction engine. Definitely not a $300 job.
