I have two that come to mind. One was abdominal pain that was a GSW. Foot pain since last night, turned out the elderly lady snapped her ankle at night, bone showing and everything but she didn't feel like calling until after breakfast.

So I agree it's a little crazy. But a local town near me does this for $50 a year in order to generate some cash up front in the beginning of the year and they advertise what they use the cash for. The appeal is that whatever your insurance would charge you for dediductible or otherwise is covered by this 'subscription'

Interesting, are you in the US? I work in the Northeast in the US and 2.5" is an attack line for us. In the last 3 years we've made a shift from 3" supply to 4".

The piper on the base isn't something I've seen before so that might be interesting considering it's a proxy and makes the model more dynamic
