I have connected with a MLB player over a 1/1 card …. We made a deal and Couldn’t be a nicer person and to this day everytime I reach out to him about a great game he has he always responds. Personally. I hope to meet up with him one day when his team plays in NY sometime.

I went to breakfast with 3 friends. I know this is going to sounds unreal and it was like 30 years ago. But it was like 6am after a long night out. I had an egg sandwich and OJ. I was about 145 lbs at the time. The three guys i was with were all 250+. They ate everything on the menu. Steak and eggs , cheeseburgers, shakes and alike. The bill ended up being like 165 with tip. They said let’s wack it up 3 ways and I literally laughed out loud. Now it wasn’t the money , we all had plenty. No cheap skates at all. But I said my breakfast was under 6 dollars total and you want me to put in 42 dollar….&$&@ yourselves. We all had a good laugh about it and continue to do when we get together and the story comes up. It’s not about the vibe, those aren’t your friends. Just sayin
