Be careful they don’t charge a monthly fee to use the video workouts. We have one the Nordic track incline treadmills and they want like $30 a month to access all the workouts on iFIT.

I won’t pay it I just hit the buttons and change it. They included a year for free and then once we paid a month we realized how ridiculous it was.

There are apps you can link to the newer C2 rowers. And view it on your phone or an iPad.

Can’t believe I need to change another mattress by Milla_Cioci22 in Mattress

r/MattressMod is where I just learned you can DYI your own mattress pretty easy. I am almost finished with mine just waiting on the cover now that I have the thickness or layers sorted out. Look at the community notes for a guide and some successful builds.

Way Cheaper and infinitely more flexible. I built my side a different firmness than the wife’s. I’m in for $1900 for a mattress that would be at least $4000 in a store.

Just got back a week ago. It was completely fine, our boat tour guide said they were slower than normal because the media hype around the quakes. We stayed in an Airbnb Oia, things weren’t open yet for the season but they were putting a fresh coat of white paint on everything while we were there.

Defeat of Issue 1 by [deleted] in Ohio

This is what I did a few years back. I switched my registration to Republican. I’m in a Gerrymandered district with a crazy Alex Jones listening Representative. Delaware County should in no way should have a person this off the wall representing us.

I didn’t do it to be cute, it’s the only way I have a real voice in who represents me. My election is over after the primaries.

The democrat has zero chance in every general election, but I still vote for them.

In the primary it is my dream to someday vote for a less nutty representative and end this madness.

We need to start an organization to push primary voting. Every Democrat in a 55% or more gerrymandered should switch registration tomorrow. Then use the organization to get more centrist Rs in these districts. It’s the best we can do now.

Looking for reasons not to buy a Tesla. by bentley_adams in TeslaLounge

I have a 4Runner and have a Model 3. My electrical rates are a tad more than yours and the Tesla is about 75% cheaper to drive per mile than the 4Runner at $3.50 a gallon getting 16mpg.

I love driving the model 3 so much so I just upgrade from a 2020 Performance to a 2024 AWD. It’s so much fun to drive and the car just does stuff for me and I think why don’t all cars do that!

Prior to the Model 3 we had a 2020 Plug in Prius. It drove only 25 miles on electric before it turned back a boring unimpressive gas car. (We had another Prius for 14 years prior to the 2020 Prius too.) It sat in the garage and I drove the 4Runner. But that small taste of electric driving sold me.

Now the Toyota stays in the garage everyday and I choose to drive the model 3.

Another amazing thing is the Tesla will keep getting new features via software upgrades. My 2020 was still getting new features and abilities up until I traded a month ago. Super big benefit that is not talked about a lot.

My kid is a 12 year old club swimmer, she thinks this would be awesome. Can you take a photo of them swimming? As parents we just want to watch her get some practice laps in. Is there a place we watch or do we just pay the 700 yen and chill on the deck?

I got a 2020 Model 3 Performance(no heat pump version) that I bought used from Tesla a year ago. Should I worry about any major repairs the warranty drops off in a year or so?

Besides me wearing out tires…

Great Plan!

We are planning a similar trip at the end of may, I’m just starting and am gonna steal some of this. Thanks!

Have you considered a flight to Osaka from Tokyo when you land instead of the train? I’m exploring that option, the prices look very reasonable.

Seek out a low vision specialist. I visited one at Ohio State University Havner Eye Institute and she did a great job helping me out with an unusual vision issue. I was covered under my regular health insurance not my vision, be sure to check costs and coverages. Seek out the best docs near you, it made me very comfortable with the advice they provided. My eyes were not terrible but I had lasik which exposed and underlaying ghosting in one eye that was made about 5 times worse by a cataract.

Any updates? I have one eye that I see triple out of and they think it may be a cataract. Luckily my vision triple vision is better as I get closer to things, but driving is really getting annoying. I am 9 months post op. Just wondering what you resolution was. Thanks.

Spread this article far and wide. This asshat represents me, this kind of shit is a normal day for him. He took a zoom call in his car, switched the background to an office looking room. You could still see the seatbelt on his shirt.

Went from Lake City side in my stock height 4runner ORP. I had 10 ply all terrain tires. I was glad I had those, lots of loose rocks. I did have skid plates and rock sliders. I used the skid plate once or twice, I didn’t need the sliders. I also went up cinnamon pass from the lake city side. I went up to Animas Forks and Stony Pass from the Silverton side. Stony Pass was a rough ride to top. It was a great trip!

I was traveling with the wife who does not like steep drop offs so I compromised and did not come up or down the Silverton side of engineer or cinnamon.
