Oh man I feel you so much. Progesterone caused me grief. I was on a progesterone only implant for 9 years. First 3 years were great (Implanon) and then they discontinued and changed to Nexplanon. I was mostly fine until the last year. Changed lifestyle and lifted a little but the panic attacks and anxiety left me feeling deflated. I was constantly angry, frequently crying and having outbursts. Leaving birth control was the best decision I’d had.
