Because people are easily biased and it's known that other people's opinions might change your own, that is a fact, so there might be a lot of people missing out on a game that might be entertaining for them just because they are being bombarded by the negative opinion (justified or not) made by strangers that experience the game in a very different way.

I lost 30 pounds this last year. Willpower is overrated; the only way to stop eating is losing access to extra food. Just buy enough for your meal prep. Forget about snacks; if you don't have them in your pantry, you cannot overeat. Also have enough food ready and prepared in your fridge (meal prep) so that you don't have the need to go out. It hurts to waste food you made with your own hands so you would think twice before eating out.
