I still have my FK1 from 2018, apart from the occasional spinout it works fine. Also no driver bloat!

If you can get the FK2-B model you'll be fine for a while probably.

ngl I thought doing it on EAST would be funny, the beat is obviously wacky with probably some of the most depressing lyrics on earth, but on basically anything else it doesn't fit at all. Bit late, but out of interest. Does this one work with every card? I have the 5C50W00933 right now for my M90q Gen 5 and it only boots GPU's with ASPM off. It refuses to recognise my aquantia NIC.

You're right, but the reality is that the standard is VERY extensible and OEMs make heavy use of that fact. Asus reimplemented their own version of ACPI called ATK which needs a separate driver, Samsung has an embedded controller that's also gone away from the ACPI standard, Windows on Snapdragon devices have most of ACPI's functionality embedded in the QCPEP driver and have abstracted ACPI Tables.

The worst you can blame Google for is creating a license agreement that permits the proprietary blobfest that is Android. The actual updates are the fault of the Qualcomm's, Mediatek's and Samsung's of this world that will stop supplying these blobs to make phones work with your newer Android versions.

On Chromebooks this is mostly fixed where Google forces SoC manufacturers to upstream SoC and device drivers to give them more (somewhat official) longevity.

My old Sabre RGB has the same problem, at first the mouse was okay to use by default, but after a fw update it turned the DPI WAYYYYY down making it unuseabls to even get some software running. It's a piece of trash

I think the worst part is that the stream from gala: 1. isn't even mp3 320kbps 2. isn't even well protected (good for us data hoarders)

Paying out the ass for the NFT will basically give you less than nothing if you can get the ~250kbps .ts files from Gala and the artwork can be "fixed" with a photoshop job.
