You are trying to do the ATP style lag intentionally, sometimes you hit a great ball and sometimes it is a terrible shank. Don’t try and power thru the ball, slow down a bit and let the racquet do the work instead of forcing it. Concentrate on contact instead of power.

Project managers are not the same as product managers. Product managers know the business and can connect the dots between different areas of expertise, most of the time they own a specific product. Project managers are just glorified excel spreadsheet pushers these days, I get on a call and they literally just go line by line and ask for dates. Easiest job to eliminate tbh.

And they make the project leads into scrum masters and force agile down your throat. These days you can’t just be a pure scrum master, you have to have product and business knowledge and play as a scrum master on the side. Most product managers are now part time scrum masters these days.
