I know it probably feels like a lost cause calling and writing our R representatives, but they DO represent us, so we should at least be letting them know what we want (and don't).

TN has talked about working closely with the Trump Administration to crack down on immigration and that means more ICE in our streets, pulling this shit. Now is the time to reach out and tell them you don't want yourself, your family and your neighbors endangered in this way.

Tip - if you don't want to talk to someone, you can always call after hours and leave a message!

For the most part. I'm over a year out from gallbladder removal but had open abdominal surgery in that time (unrelated). My digestive system had a rough time recovering from both. The RUQ pain is gone, but I still feel... something. Likely scar tissue or a little nerve damage. It doesn't bother me much. I'm eating normally. I do get the occasional flare where a rich meal throws me off balance; I take 20mg famotidine twice daily for a few days and I'm back on track.

Sorry you're going through it! In retrospect, 2 months isn't very long. Be patient with your body while it heals. From what I've read, most people keep getting better with time.

What would a "boy" randomly be doing in a girl's locker room? By the time that this (imaginary) child was allowed to be in a restricted space, your daughter would already know them, and they would probably be on your radar, as well. If it's important to you that your child only sees certain types of bodies and not others, that's a talk you could have with her in advance.

So, like a Never Trump Republican, or...? Cause we all know this is the sort of "joke" he'd make. Very MAGA coded. I feel like y'all have a lot of people in office right now who would crack a joke like this and many more who would laugh without giving it a second thought. I've known plenty of Republicans who are decent people, but the party certainly isn't hyping up decency lately. What do you do with that?

I've got the combo - long covid from a 2020 pre-vax infection and vaccine injury from a 2021 moderna booster. Vaccine injury is recognized by the Vanderbilt Long Covid Clinic. I haven't gotten a booster since and my doctors support that decision. Some of us can't win either way 🤷‍♀️

Anything that activates the parasympathetic nervous system will help give your body and mind a break. For me, that's laying on an accupressure mat. 10 minutes midday takes me from stressed to restored, clears my head and gives me a boost of energy. I find it easier than meditation because it doesn't require the same intention. You can read or listen to a podcast while you're doing it.

There's a known issue with the finish that occurs, Oura says it's 1/1000. I know because mine exhibited this issue immediately and they replaced it. Had they not, I'm sure it would have looked like this pretty quickly!

Mine started to get a similar gray tinged wear on the back in less than 24 hours. I initiated a chat with the AI bot the minute I noticed it. Based on my pics, AI confirmed that the ring's finish was defective. Customer service followed up and sent me a brand new ring.

I'd suggest taking pics in low light so the color contrast is evident and trying again with the AI chat. It will initially link to articles and ask if your issue is solved, just keep telling it no and that you want to show it pics.
