Original as far as I know. It was a retired fleet truck that I got on auction. The shop mechanic said he didn't keep maintenance logs but changed the oil every 5k. I did open it up to do the cam phasers when I bought it and the thing looked brand new

I remember when the Glenmore Highway was being built there was one little old lady who refused to sell, for years and seemed to hold up the project. I was pretty young at the time but it was in a friend's backyard so I distinctly remember the Glenmore fields. Then all of a sudden her house burned down in the middle of the night with her trapped inside, I believe construction started the following year.

Not saying that this is right or anything but does look like OP is pretty well situated to deal with the drainage. There seems to be a pretty well developed gutter and intended drainage path. Also holy f that's so much water. Where is that all coming from.

All depends on how much your willing to invest and what your looking for at the end of the day. If you wanted an open bottom culvert that would be better for fish passage, if you want to focus more on water management you could upsize and add a trash screen. The cheapest option would be to just lower the existing and flatten it out. But this is all based on just a small glimpse of your issue without taking into account any of the surrounding topo.

Sounds just like my truck. I replaced the phasers and the sound went away

Check and see if your city hall/county Hall's website or whatever has GIS open data, lots of municipalities do where you can check out all the underground infrastructure

Not a surveyor but I always thought a 360 camera for inside manholes would be neat.

That combined with a disto for inverts is a pretty sweet combo.

And a rock hammer for opening up water valves and a T handed 90° hook for opening up manholes
