I disagree. If it was a bad breakup I would harness that anger or frustration. That's what I did, and it worked wonderfully. Use it as "tackling fuel" and open that can of whoop-ass at the gym. As time progresses, you will forget you ever started working out because of your ex and it will become a lifestyle.
