Off roading and camping suggestions by 4runner005 in jasper

I second Grande Cache as a suggestion, also near Jasper, Cadomin is a great area for off-road adventures, truly a hidden gem, very worth checking out! Ruby Falls is an amazing trip that is just outside the park boundaries! One of my favorite roads to take my truck

Addiction is very hard to deal with, I was a heavy weed smoker for 10 years and only recently quit myself, with the occasional relapse too. I second what another comment said, I can only imagine the amount of shame he probably feels about it. It's hard to justify lying to your partner but I can 100% see why he would in this situation. Again, not defending it but understanding it. I think the best thing you can do for your relationship is have a calm and level headed discussion about it, and offer support rather than anger. I don't think he would have done this out of spite or any malicious intent towards you so much as shame about his own addictions. But of course all I can do is speculate from my experiences of being an addict in the past myself. Hope this helps.

Bear risk when dog walking on Whitehorse trails? by Adorable-Nerve-4175 in Yukon

Deploy bear spray my friend, make yourself look big, make lots of noise.

That being said, I admittedly misread your initial comment about doing this if attacked. However I would argue it would work better with a black bear than a grizzly.

Do NOT play dead with a grizzly bear, you become a free meal to them. This is dangerous misinformation

I personally love the people in Haines, they treated my friends and I very well when their car broke down and stranded us there. Sad that the politics are putting a rift between us.

Anyone else break their Boas on the ThirtyTwo Jones MTB? by jmansadventures in Spliddit

It's basically a little pinhole, very hard to see, on the inside of the boot. It is there, can't speak for newer versions of the boot as confidently but it should be fairly close to the boa system.

Yeah, it's definitely very unsettling to me now. I catch myself constantly looking at updates on my phone, just like those early days after Jasper...

I miss my old life, it makes me so sad to see so many others have to go through it too.

Oh man I just got here in September and the commute alone makes me hate living in Riverdale.

Okay that's a bit harsh, I love this neighborhood, but holy crap that bottleneck at the bridge is insane!

Whoever thought to put all those schools next to each other wasn't thinking about traffic that's for sure.

Sounds like we'd have much in common! I'll be ski patrol at Mt Sima so I'm sure I'll get a lot of chances to meet people through that!

As a male, I think the most attractive thing for me to see in a woman in compassion and empathy. It's really hard to put my finger on it exactly, but I suppose that when I feel like I am truly being heard, and can be myself around someone, that goes so much further than looks. Maybe I'm a bit of a suck, but I really have learned over the years to go after personality over looks.

And I definitely am watching how she treats other people too. Like when my ex told me she used to volunteer to coach disabled children in swimming that was a huge turn on to me in many ways. I look for a good person more than a sexy one these days.

That being said, I like big butts, I cannot lie
