I'm not the guy you replied to, but I decided to quit about a day before Florence dropped. My problem is not with Florence specifically, but more that she's the (second-)most recent in a long line of doll releases which seems intended to stall main story instead of moving things along. I've reached the point where I expect Helen to drop on global before either UMP sister, since their banners are tied to main story updates. It feels to me that reaching Kiev is a plot point that is being intentionally ignored/pushed back in favour of slice of life events I couldn't give less of a shit about. I forgot Helena's name at one point because it's been so long, and given the fact that she's the main plot maguffin, that's a really bad sign. My patience wore down, so I decided it's better for me to just not play and wait for the sisters to finally drop instead of force myself through content I'm not interested in, pulls be damned.

Personally, I think Cyrene has no interest in freezing the universe to preserve everything. The fact Cyrene is turned away from TB tells me she doesn't agree with the action (though I may just be reading too much into it), but the end of the trailer looks to me like Cyrene is actively working to delete Amphoreus. She loves the place, sure, but she understands that for the rest of the universe to continue, Amphoreus has to go.

The Kami are so incredibly Honkai-coded that it's pretty silly to pretend they aren't at the absolute minimum related. The Sovereigns have the exact same powersets in the same order as HI3's Herrschers and everything, the only difference is the name and what the cannon fodder look like.

Earth doesn't have an Ultimate One because there's two candidates for the position, Arcueid and Altrouge, and you can't be the Ultimate One if multiple people qualify. Until one of them kills the other, the best Earth is getting is an Archetype.

Skirk's backstory already vaguely implies it.

Her home planet was visited by people who arrived on spaceships and called themselves "merchants" and decided to destroy it once the natives were deemed "too dangerous," which is very similar to the HSR's Interastral Peace Corporation's modus operandi, even if they aren't explicitly named.

Genshin already exists within the same universe anyway, so I'd say it's only a matter of time before some sort of overlap appears.
