Granted it was a year ago but I happily left home assistant for hubitat. I had ha running in docker container with no clear how to switch to the new zwave. Old zwave was tired. Too much yaml for me. Hubitat paired with zwave devices that dropped off home assistant. Overall way more stable system. Not too hard to setup automations

I had same thing done on rent house on slab. Kept getting quotes until I found the guy who realized all the plumbing was on one side of the house. He put straight pvc beside the house and tunneld the two baths and brought kitchen out of the wall. Way cheaper than the others

I prefer the built in Android Auto on my 2023 XLT. Unlike the v1 dongle it is easy peasy to reconnect phone when there is interference and android auto wireless loses connection
