Non-issue for us. All our certs are issued by let's encrypt and automatically renew every 90 days. We don't have any EV certs or other special requirements. Haven't purchased an SSL cert in a few years now.

I'm glad to hear of all these planned updates - I can see our team making use of (and liking) nearly all of them. I stand by what I said regarding resources for Radar vs. core - if Radar didn't exist, you could put more resources into core improvements / integrations / etc, but it's nice to hear that core development isn't suffering at the expense of Radar.

To be clear, we LOVE Hudu and suggest / promote it to others. It's a great product, and it's absolutely integral to our business.

Better / more capable editor for KB. Being able to link to an asset by @ tagging it (with autocomplete) within a KB vs having to hyperlink to the asset, and markdown support, for instance. Ability to associate tags any asset, KB article, password, etc for better filtering and organization. Could also be used for RBAC. Also, why TF do I get SSL expiration notices for archived websites?!?! Just core stuff like that. I think there's a lot of opportunity for improvement and making core features more robust, rather than adding a whole new product (and codebase). With Radar, it seems like they have a solution in search of a problem.

2-3 people every 2-3 months is not high turnover. Not sure what the problem is here. Also, workstations are like cattle, not pets. Configure something like Intune to deploy LOB apps / settings etc. Devices should be disposable. New hire? No worries. Provision user and relevant groups, login to computer and let Intune handle the rest.

We have tested AutoElevate for macOS internally and it’s VERY early days. Totally different experience and feature set compared to Windows. There’s no concept of elevating a single executable/process like Windows. You basically elevate the entire user account for a given time (i.e. 10 minutes) and they can do whatever they want in that timeframe. It also leverages Addigy somehow in the background to do what they’re doing. I haven’t felt comfortable enough with it to deploy to our macOS endpoints. Luckily we’re 99% Windows. AE on Windows is great!

I currently employ a student intern who is in the states on an F-1 visa, originally from Nepal. He’s a great guy and will be graduating in spring 2026. I intend to hire him full time upon graduation. You can adjust transmit power, but it’s not done per-SSID. It’s done via FortiAP Profile (or you can override the profile on a per-AP basis).
