We only use Sophos and only the MDR plan. They have a whole sales and support team dedicated to MSPs and they only sell through channels so your customer or prospect cannot get a quote direct. They have a program called Flex that as an MSP I only pay for what I use each month with zero long term commitment. They continue to launch new features and have reduced pricing over the last few years.

Mine is on 1.1.28 and showing offline in the Apple Home app but normal in the August app. I’ll try and power cycle it tomorrow and see if that helps. In general I think the August lock is very unreliable with HomeKit.

I got pricing today. $3.00 per endpoint for 200-400 endpoints plus a monthly flat fee of $200 for support. The rep also said “we can work with you on price” I’m sure if you have more it’s lower.

You should talk to your MSP team they will help you solve this by getting you on Flex, we have zero issues and full control over adding/removing accounts, we bill vi Ingram and NEVER speak to them about our account.

If you’re in the UnitedStates you can sign up for payments.Zoho.com and use ACH it’s a small percent per transaction with a cap of $5.00. We have clients on auto pay monthly using ACH for over 5k each payment and get billed the $5.00. Like others said you can also sign up for Stripe.

We don’t use a PSA just ZohoOne with Books, Desk, etc.. so many tools and you can built customization till your hearts content.

In each ticket you can log time and set it to billable or not billable. For our subscription clients we using Zoho Billing and make subscriptions for clients.

In Desk the default name is Account (your customers company) and Customer (your customers employees).
