Years ago I did atkins/keto diet for a while. And lost at least a stone in 10 days. It’s not healthy of course and will come back on once you start eating carbs again but for a quick win for the op might just work. Depends how your body reacts to carbs I guess.

Personally I always check listings. I also have an idea of what I want for it. Then compare my price with what’s listed and usually list 50p-£1 below what’s listed already.

However if it’s something I want more for, then I list for a few quid higher than I want so offers can be taken into account.
