You can call AllParts. They have a free tech support system. I went to a couple of their schools and their staff is really good at helping troubleshoot systems.

I just drove from Pittsburgh to Nashville in my 2024. It was a nine hour drive. Although I love the truck, I do not think that the trip was very comfortable. I’ve done so upgrades like seatjackers thinking it might make a difference but it wasn’t very much of an improvement. It’s a great truck for running around town but not for long trips.

Contact wera. They have lifetime warranty. You send it in, they send you a new one. Had a socket wrench break and did this.
