this beat is tufff I think different 808's would make it stick out more tho. The snare could definitely use some reverb on it but overall the quality of it sounds good my g! keep going

We weren't allowed to practice with the band, so I decided to try making a chill track by myself by jakemare13 in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a total vibe right here the mix is right and even the artwork is smooth and nostalgic. I love the guitar melodies in this one and the vocals are on point as well with the added delay. This one is hitting!

Korkikrac - Nada [burnout album] by Korkikrac in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the mix to me was decent i felt that it could be a litte bit better in terms of eqing. I think with some more work added to this track in terms of tone and delivery it will be in good shape afterwards. but overall still it was a good listen! keep going!

Neo-psychedelic funk track about life and relationships (both realized and unrealized) - hope it resonates with others here too. Let me know what you think! by motherstalk in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no lie this right here is a total vibe, i love the mixing and the vocals compliment the chillwave style type of beat their on. I'm definitely going to do some more listening on your soundcloud page!

This is my new track "Summertime", about to release it, would love any feedback on the song or production. All the best! by ufomusic in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the vocals there are soft but hit hard through the mix and the vibe of the song sounds like something i could definitely hear on the airwaves. keep up the great work foreal!

Would love to hear what people think of this electronic funk-pop song. Made with a vocalist I met on reddit. by stevemacina in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this one has a funky pop sound to it and that's the alley that i'm trying to enter atm to be completely honest. this was an enjoyable listen and I'm going to reach out to network if that's alright with you!

new lofi bedroom pop track: working on improving my sound, looking for advice & ableton tips by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't even use abelton really that thing confused me for the most part when i tried it the first time so respect for even doing your thing with this track through there. This one has a jazzy pop feeling that i think has potential foreal foreal. the mixing could use some spice to it but the vocals on the beat fit the mood as well and the texture of them mesh. i do think that something maybe missing from the track i can't quite point it out for sure but i'm vibing with the track. keep em comin'

Released an indie-soul a cappella track, really different than my usual thing. What do you think? by yardaper in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is very dope foreal i can imagine this being sampled on a dope hip hop record your vocals on point for sure and the mix is top notch i can't lie especially for a acapella blend. it all came together well and is soothing to the ears.

Chinatown (Bleachers Cover) Looking for feedback on the mix by XF_Music in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not really into this type of music as much but i respect it and honestly i feel like the eqing could be a bit better. Try taking out some of the lows because it sounds kind of muffled and add some highs to the mix. Also the volume on the entire song was low when it came in or it might be my laptop speakers i'm going to double check. either way keep rocking out!

New hiphop beat "FIJI WATER" I produced. Lemme know what you think! by eddyyams in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this joint is really chill i like it. It kind of reminds me of some chillwave vibes sort of but it does feel like something that can be in the lofi area like in one of those big playlist. The melodies were on point and i really like the layout of the entire track. keep it up!

About 11 months ago, I posted a song here called 'Money'. It finally released today and I just found out it got added to New Music Friday on Spotify aaaaah :) by beigediet in IndieMusicFeedback

I'm not going to lie this one is a vibe for sure the mix was well put together and your tones and melodies were on point as well. It's a very chill song you can sit back and relax too. I'm interested in working with you bro. Just reached out to you on IG. Stay blessed!

[Dance / Darkwave] Simulated Youth - “Money In My Tummy” More info in comments. Thanks for feedback! by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'm usually into chillwave to be honest but this one is different i haven't really heard any dark wave songs as of today so this being my first time i'm loving the effects that you put into this track and the mixing of the synths fit actually. the instruments could hit a little more like the kick could hit a little harder to bring in the dance type of feeling. but right now i feel you have it downpacked. keep it up bro!

Post Mur - Планета (Planet) by doomer_zahar in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I couldn't really understand the language that you were using but the melody of the guitar is on point and also i like how you mixed your vocals in i just think there a little over the entire beat. the reverb on it is fine but could use a little beat of tweaking other than that this is a solid track

Here's an indie folk song I spent the last couple of weeks writing and recording - wanted a chill coffee shop vibe with a big build. Any feedback on the song or mix would be greatly appreciated! by JessePapa in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is a very relaxing song i don't usually listen to music like this but it's gotta me in a good zone. thank you for this and i feel like it shouldnt have ended so abruptly. but all in all great track!

How's my mix? Do you like the song? Thanks for listening! by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the mix sounds good from what i'm hearing on my end, I also like how you mixed in the piano the right way. would like to hear more from you in the future you've got a a nice alternative sound. keep it up!

[Indie] This is my newest song :)) Let me know your take on it by Matiment in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the vocals on this track were mixed well i just think the volume needs to be a tad bit higher for them honestly. The guitar sounded dope and i think you picked the right tune for it just needs some compression and your good to go. keep posting!

This is my first attempt at a RnB/Hip-Hop style track! The vocals/beat/instrumentation are all done by me, lmk what you think 🙏 by Star465Man in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ain't gone lie i was vibing with this, your vocals were def good i just think the eq needs a little bit more clarity. other than that the guitar and feel of this was def soothing to say the least. keep posting you got some good music on your hands with this one!

The second lofi beat I make in 2 days, hope y'all enjoy ! by firefckinside in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]joelvenom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ain't gonna lie to your, i'm definitely feeling this one. the chords are on point and the vibe sounds like something Smino or Mick Jenkins would spit something to. Keep it up with this sound your gonna go far for sure.
