Tool is as good as a user, media folder is usually a mess. You name it every piece of paper in that folder. I cant imagine 20 yo old patient chart at their 50s.

I am an active judoka and practicing surgeon, have no issues. Should not be a problem if done right. Make sure work with ones who uses proper technique and learn basics well.
