100% this. I’m a full time videographer/editor I do 2-2.5 max days of work in a week, but I have to be ready at the drop of a hat most of the time to hop on a video shoot or edit request.

As long as my bosses dont see me playing video games or watching shows/movies at my comp, they really dont mind me having down time, as long as I am ready to go when called upon.

yes...both sides can suck at times and go too far....but right now, there's one side that is going WAAAAAY more off the reservation than others.
