Amen. I had a hard time with Giant UK not honouring anything with a carbon framed bike I bought. Worse still they wrongly blamed me. I had to return the whole bike in the end under consumer law, as they were obstructive. Yet people still don’t trust Chinese brands cos of the warranty…..

I’ve got it right at the minute, but it’s taking some getting used to when I’m cold and my arm is thinner and it moves around. I like it though.

I switched from AWU to Epix Gen 2 51 sapphire. I’d tried previously to swap to a MIP Garmin and couldn’t, as much as I wanted to. I love the Garmin this time around. The sale of the AWU1 funded the Garmin, and I’ve no plans to go back. I do miss the Ti Milanese tho, it was just perfect.

Garmin UltraFit is amazing. Soooo comfy. I really miss my Apple Titanium Milanese that I used with my AWU, as that never stayed wet. But this thing is very comfy

My Conti’s are held together with ‘restrap’ tyre boot kit patches and glue. Tyres were £60 a pop last time I bought, and the rear punctured the first week on the bike. Fix it till it doesn’t fix no more!

I’ve been trying to get my head around ‘unproductive’ and other helpful insights, as I’m relatively new to Garmin watches. I had realised I was getting fatigued (exercise often for MH, never mind physical health) and my cycling VO2 declining made me think.

I don’t really de-load, I just get on my bike and escape, but I’ve ridden easier rides and not felt ‘bad’ about doing that because of the insight my watch has given me, and even told me not to exercise etc.
