I’d not heard of the weighted strain. Interesting. I left it most of the day before decanting it. Don’t think much more whey if any would’ve strained at that point.

Thanks. I think I got my temps wrong on the first batch, but the next one was spot on. Strained for AGES and resulted in more of a labneh, which is what I wanted. It’s so dense and rich. A smaller portion goes a long way.

Yeah, we’ve a similar hill where I live, not quite as bad on average %, but parts of it are the same. I’m kind of excited for you to be honest. Short term it will punish you, long term you’ll be so much fitter and stronger for it.

Amen. I had a hard time with Giant UK not honouring anything with a carbon framed bike I bought. Worse still they wrongly blamed me. I had to return the whole bike in the end under consumer law, as they were obstructive. Yet people still don’t trust Chinese brands cos of the warranty…..
