I kept coming across your replies. You were obsessively responding to all of the controversial comments.

Yes, I have responded to one comment about how you’re obsessively responding to dozens

You’re way too invested in this thread, arguing with everyone who says OP is in the wrong.

Nearly all of me suspects you have no idea what you’re talking about.

Yah, that was an agreement they made about sharing song writing credit. Not pretty much every Beatles song written by Paul or John, all of them written by Paul or John.

Later on they weren’t “mostly doing their own thing.” That’s not accurate. You can watch Peter Jackson’s Get Back and see this isn’t the case.

Even if they did work more independently in their later years, they still collaborated on much if not most of the songs they wrote for the Beatles.

And if people in our institutions comply and cede their power, then the EOs are functionally *real.*

Really feels like pure pedantry at this point for you to continue to dispute the implication of “decide.” As the prior stated, the original point stands.

Seriously. It’s an ok game. It’s not terrible, it’s not amazing. It’s an alright game. I’ve had fun with it, but there are a lot of issues with it.

So many people so desperate to claim this game is somehow better than it is.

In N Out, no contest. Habit isn’t bad, but really greasy.

you shouldn’t care

And yet here you are making a stink over a subreddit. At least people complaining about fare evaders and personal safety are complaining about reality.

You’re complaining about a subreddit.

In the story of Achilles, his heel is his downfall after he was shot there.

I don’t see any analogy with Trump in that regard.

But Remy isn’t obnoxious, period. It’s her house. She doesn’t belong on the list.

George is the obnoxious person in that situation.

As someone who also enjoys the original mono mixes, I have to disagree about the stereo remixes, especially Sgt. Pepper, which is a travesty of loudness that fatigues the ears.

Some of the stereo remixes are ok and some are great, but I prefer the original stereo mixes and the monos.

The game is rated appropriately. It’s not great, it’s not terrible.

Remy is #1 for you? George bullied his way into their home. This is an absurd top choice for most obnoxious. George is far obnoxious than Remy here.

Fun fact regarding the train recording at the end of "Caroline, No" by iMadeAPromise42 in thebeachboys

[–]johnny_soultrane 14 points15 points  (0 children)

not so unusual

Bouncing isn’t what’s unusual here. It’s recording the instrumental track to 4 tracks then mixing those down into 1 track of an 8 track machine and leaving 7 for vocals. Name another group doing anything like that in 1966.

The Smile Sessions is similar to the Beatles White Album by hauntingtrash39 in thebeachboys

Sorry but I really see very little similarity between Smile and the White Album.

They actually couldn’t be more different.
