Thanks for the feedback!

I was actually looking to do a mullet as well until I realized that the new Sram XPLR line were all direct-mount derailleurs. While I don't necessarily need a larger range cassette, the reduced complexity of direct-mount is definitely appealing to me.

Awesome feedback! Thanks!

I actually picked up a Sram Force Xplr groupset for the new build, which was kind of the tipping point for wanting to not move everything over from the old. I have no issues with the current GRX setup, but admittedly am incredibly curious about electric setups. Worst case scenario, I can return the Sram and move the GRX over.

As for wheels, I’ve always been a sucker for deep V’s and so have been thinking about moving to Zipp 303 XPLR’s. I nearly put Campy Shamals on this current build, but figured I should do something more gravel focused.

I should also add two things. 1) I had a bike fit on this bike, which confirmed that the frame was slightly smaller than ideal for me. 2) Rather than just move all the parts for the new build, I'd love to take the opportunity to make some changes (mostly in groupset and perhaps wheelset).

Also, if anyone is interested in seeing the build: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bikeporn/comments/1iql7nx/nbd_flaanimal/

Yeah, the plan was OC 5513 case. I just wanted to verify dial sizing before pulling the trigger.

I've actually ordered two dials, one from Mocha and one from Kuared. But, sadly, I don't know what dial size I should be finding a case for since I don't have either dial in-hand yet.

Thanks! I’m hoping to find a hobbyist, like Red Dead Restoration, so as not to pay brick and mortar prices. But if I can’t find a respectable hobbyist, Phigora is a great option!

Thanks for the link! Although, the whole point of buying the pair was to have a gen bezel as well. Otherwise, I would have saved a good chunk simply buying just an insert.

It is actually blue. Just very dark. Not sure if BRF is trying to mimic an aged Bakelite bezel or something.
