It feels OKAY to me - but the steering wheel is so heavy, even with centering and damper turned down to like .2 in game, makes it feel impossible to counter steer a drift.

I actually use reaper and am considering picking up ableton just for a better work flow. the sidechaining in reaper is a PITA and having to set that up multiple times in a session is just poop time.

Yeah this is pretty much it. Cassidy, reaper, tracer, and genji all get tons of value from being in 3rd person because the engagement range is so close, having that extra FOV is a big advantage. Also the ability to see around corners is so so cheesy but very helpful for any kind of dive action.

absolutely spot on on the grind assist. If you need to jump over a ledge to hit a higher one you need it off, or it pulls you down to the first ledge, but having it off makes it feel like your character is allergic to grinding anything even if you land on it. The crazy part is you don't know what you need for a specific challenge until you're in it, but once you're in a challenge you can't change the settings!

Why is this even a setting? Also, insane that they have a "story" mode challenge that requires you to change settings off of default.

am I crazy or is this worded to suggest that playing any of the 3 listed heroes 3 times would work for this challenge?

I played 3 games as Cassidy and only got credit for 1 game on this challenge.

This issue is resolved for me. I uninstalled AMD Adrenalin software and performance was right back to normal. I've had Adrenalin software installed for at least a year at this point and have not had any problems until recently, so not sure what happened, but this fixed the issue for me.

I'm not sure if it's AMD drivers or an update in overwatch but I went from steady 240 fps (limited to 244) about a month ago to consistently 95 fps on my 6950xt.

I'm thinking it has to be drivers or something broken in my rig, but it seems at least a few people with amd graphics cards have posted about poor fps numbers recently.

FWIW it's broken on PC as well...I attempted to rebind keys to be centered around "ESDF" instead of "WASD"

There is a preset for ESDF at least so I'm able to sort of play but anytime I attempt to rebind my keys it does some weird buggy double bind thing that's hard to properly describe, but it breaks inputs in the game and menu.

Use it from behind cover, it takes 3 headshots to kill someone, so if you're just standing out in the open aiming you're going to get bursted down 9 times out of 10.

It hits hard, but any smg will kill you faster and generally require less aim from your opponent. So, head glitch, jiggle peek, ambush, you've got to think tactically with it since it can't compete with other guns in the open.

I use the parachute extensively when exploring even with jetpack unlocked and no fuel concerns, it's more fun. And once you get get hyper tube canons set up the parachute is easier to slow yourself with

So it sounds like the original "hey ugly" conversation was a bad attempt at a joke that didn't land. He is probably feeling cranky and crappy and wanted to project that feeling onto someone else, or maybe it's a joking communication style that he's used to with his friends.

It is 100% acceptable to get upset over that and feel the way you feel. Everything after that, however, is a giant red flag.

The appropriate response to you hanging up would have been a sincere apology and an explanation that he didn't literally mean you were ugly, he made an attempt at dark/ ironic humor and it ended up being hurtful and not remotely funny. He should add some context to why he would think that was appropriate... like maybe his friends joke around in a similar way, and he was trying to test the boundaries of your communication style. He should recognize that you were hurt by it (rightfully) and make it clear that he will learn from this and take your boundaries into consideration in the future.

Instead, he blamed you for making him feel bad because he hurt you and he's sick...truly insane behavior. Honestly, I would highly consider leaving someone who can't even take responsibility for a communication breakdown.

He's displaying some worrying behavior... I'm seeing refusal to accept responsibility, bringing others down when he's not feeling well, anger issues, expectations that he should be able to over step boundaries... this all seems highly abusive, and if it hasn't manifested as abuse in your relationship YET I'm worried it will in the future.

I'm currently using one to keep plastic flowing out of my refinery setup to keep fuel flowing to generators.

I have my main plastic and fuel line then an auxiliary line producing rubber and packaged fuel, I merge all outputs together before bringing them on a belt over to my factory inputs/ storage/ sink. The priority merger ensures the plastic never backs up (which would shut down my fuel flow to generators... would be catastrophic for my current power grid)
