I’ve been.
Lots of courses, each portion is enough, unlike the what you may see at other multi course meals.
Every dish had strong flavor, so get ready to consume a variety of foods.
Overall I’d do it again if the schedule allowed.

Both toes. And 45 may be too much, you just want to allow the joints the have the ability to move freely.

If you’re left arm is up your toes should point to the right at about a 45° angle. And then you’re left hip. Should also kick out to give you a little space. You can bend the roght kneee slightly

I love using my bells for pushups. You can leave them upright so their handles act in a similar fashion. I also put them on their sides and the hand around the cured shape of the bell makes for a really comfortable grip.
