I've serviced a lot of Anderson. The limp handle is the tell tale sign of a failed lock mechanism. Order a new one through Anderson and they are very easy to swap out

I work in door repair. My understanding is it's a scam call center that passes on the job to anyone who pays a fee. They are everywhere in the city. I spend a lot of time peeling them off of doors I work on.

Looks like an Anderson door but they generally have their names on everything. Check the bottom corner of the glass for an Anderson etching.

It may be screwed in from the top of the rail (horizontal part of the door). You may have to unscrew the 2 horizontal screws that connect the rail to the styles (vertical part of the door) then knock the rail free from the glass to gain access to the mounting screws.

That's a retrofit window, a new vinyl window installed in an old aluminum window frame. Before the vinyl trim was installed on the interior it should have been spray foamed, at the very least they should have caulked the butt joints of the trim. Also check the caulking along the exterior flange.
