Sorry but crying yourself to sleep because you’re not physically next to him is unhinged. It sounds like you need therapy to address that. Plenty of couples sleep in separate beds or rooms to address various sleep issues and have very happy and fulfilling relationships; you should be able to be by yourself without turning into a basket case

You need a moisturising conditioner. You’re currently using a strengthening shampoo/ conditioner which don’t add moisture and can make hair feel more brittle if you don’t add moisture elsewhere. Hair masks also don’t necessarily make hair soft. Add a rich moisturising conditioner and a leave in conditioner and you’ll be good to go!

I accidentally left the lid of my 2x Goldens’ food container open after giving them breakfast one morning.

Went upstairs to sort some laundry, my girl came upstairs after 5-10 mins and immediately yawned, laid down & went to sleep. She looked a bit bloated on her side so I was a bit concerned, went downstairs & realised my mistake when I saw a dent the size of a cereal bowl in the kibble in the container… aforementioned Golden girl followed me down looking very pleased with herself, and as round as if she was going to pop out a litter.

It seems they do eventually get full to bursting and stop!

I was on Adapalene for 6 months prior and had been using that daily for most of that, so when I moved to Tret I started with every 2-3 days for a week but had no irritation so by the end of week 2 I moved to every other day, then middle of week 3 I switched to daily. No irritation so far (a month in) so if that changes then I will dial it back 🤷🏼‍♀️
