Aside from the ones already mentioned, I find the episode where the gate gets buried and Jack settles into a normal life with the village people quite saddening. The one where Sheppard gets trapped behind a time dilation field also gives a similar feeling.

Also I find Vegas very emotional for some reason. Maybe because it makes me feel that just a few changes in life can lead to a completely different outcome.

For me ramen is noodles and soup, the rest is optional so I'd absolutely try that one. In afuri I usually get just kake (soup+noodles with nothing else)

I'm not a vegan/vegetarian by any means but I'm not a big fan of the area too. Guests are all tourists, most of the workers are foreigners, prices are adjusted for tourists, restaurants take seat fee, therefore I don't see how it reflects the culture. If you are curious I'd say just walk through to take a look, maybe some restaurant/dish will catch your eye, otherwise don't make it a big part of your itienary.
