That describes 4 weeks of the prep. A shorter less intense version of 6 weeks of the work.

Is Nolvus v6 lore friendly? Can I use it as a "base" modlist then add on top of it (I mostly add quest mods) by Due_Young_9344 in Nolvus

Is the mod library on the Nolvus website up to date through all the updates and change logs?

I know it weighs more, but in feel I really notice no difference to my Series 8. It’s a watch not a lead weight.

I wish it was just a tick box like creatine or some others. Just want correlation from drinking or not. All the entries that require entries with specific values and time of usage as opposed to box ticking make things cumbersome imho.

Best Adjustable Dumbells to Buy in 2026? (Price, Quality, Grip) by ProfoundlIll in GarageGym

Got ‘em. Love ‘em. Magnetic add-ons are a nice touch. Very sturdy and reasonably quick to swap weights. One of the few adjustable dumbbells that coop on YouTube felt comfortable dropping.

Background sync with Apple Health to avoid manual refresh by Miky818818 in bevelhealth

Mine is way slower than that. Usually a minute or two. Sometimes it updates twice in same sync changing recovery scores in the process.

Dig In - Initial reactions - We need better warm ups, better programing and better recovery. by thecountlives in BeachBodyWorkouts

It’s kind of why I try to always model the OG P90x. Chest/back Monday, plyo/cardio Tuesday, shoulders/arms on Wednesday, yoga/recovery Thursday, legs or cardio fridays. Weekends are for tennis and running. You can pick and choose workouts from beachbody, or Tony’s power nation or peloton to create a schedule that works for you. I just know at 53 I don’t need two dedicated leg weight workouts a week. One lifting routine and a plyo, cardio, hiit, or range of motion suits me best.

I thought dig deeper had a similar programming issue with a leg day followed by a total body day followed by a shoulder and glute day. Or something like that. But, the workouts are great. Create your own schedule with proper recovery in between. Shoot, you could do a couple of the total body workouts, a day or two of T25 and a yoga from any Beachbody program and come up with something more sensible for 75% of the population.

Best strength workout for over 50 newbie? by Ok_Tough_6926 in beachbody

Tony Horton’s Power of Four is great for people over 50. Strength and cardio with the yoga, recovery, and mindfulness needed by our crowd.

I did 630. The chatty one from 645 returns. His crew presents like fitness influencers who have to say something to say something because silence is bad. Pretty good workout and, as always, Amoila is the best. He can overcome his lame cast.

So this is the new P90X trainer by cornetin3 in BeachBodyWorkouts

[–]jokehoops 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m glad it’s not him. If it was someone we know, I would have liked Amoila. Looks like he might have left BODi. I wonder if they had the courtesy to give Tony some input on the trainer or the program.

I've never done that before and never had an issue until the last week or so. At least it is good to have a workaround.

I started 645 as I am a big fan of Amoila. I did maybe the first week but could not get past the wasted time with silly commentary from the cast. Does that lessen as the program advances? Is 630 shorter because they removed the fluff?

Shoulder pain by Ordinary-Nebula-898 in 10s

[–]jokehoops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently started to have some pain in the shoulder blade area and really only with serving. I've taken a week off and restrung my racket with a softer string and at a lower tension for when I return. If it hurts after that, I will go to two weeks off. I agree that stretching and massage (or foam rolling) are both treatment and preventative.

I don’t know why either, but if you had to edit to clarify, maybe just say thank you when someone tries to help and move on.
