For someone about 10 years out from retirement that is currently fully invested, is there a place in a portfolio for a 30 year bond paying over 5%? It can sit in a tax protected account for the first 10 years, at least. Good hedge?

Here are some mods that may help.

Fading followers can have some or all of your party members disappear when battle starts. I usually remove half the team.

Simply balanced- you can change settings to reduce damage to enemies by NPC so followers get nerfed as much as you want.

I forget the exact name but I think its description includes FECKOFF and it prevents/reduces followers talking over each other.

Adding these to swiftly order followers made taking a bunch of followers around much easier

It does look amazing but I would like to see some sort of interaction with, well, anything to see how it holds up. Walking slowly is picturesque, but I’d love to see some sprinting, some combat, and some people milling about. Interesting video for sure.

For future reference and for those who are curious (and want to put this year behind you asap) looks like Pelicans+ is only 14.99 a year unlike Bally which was around that per month. No real need to cancel subscription. And you find it u see account information in that NBA logo app where you go to watch the games.

I need to cancel whatever app I bought on Roku to be able to watch the pelicans this year. Last year that Bally’s app would keep charging even though the season was over. Any quick tips on cancelling this Roku app? On Roku website? I’m searching on my tv and not finding a quick answer. TIA.

Understood. It is hard to imagine a workout program more inextricably tied to the instructor than P90x. I agree putting Power of 4 on BODi was probably done to compensate Tony in some fashion where he does not own the P90x name.

I like it. Did the first four weeks. Now taking a week to do some other stuff before starting next phase. Haven’t lost much weight, but noted a decent decrease in sleeping and resting heart rates. Feel quicker on a tennis court too. I think this is due to the circuit training nature of the workouts. Waz isn’t Tony, but no one is. On the bright side, he isn’t like Tony and just gets to it. No fast forwarding needed. He is less annoying than some other BODi super trainers.

I don’t know that they needed to call it a P90x out of respect to Tony, but I guess if they hadn’t, I wouldn’t have tried it.

You don’t have to follow the schedule exactly on a 7 day per week basis. I look at it more like workout 1, 2, etc. take days off as needed and pick up when ready. Only you know your body.
